בלוק החלוקה SIVIM מאפשר לרכז הזנת 12/24V DC ולפצל אותה למעגלים נפרדים ומזוהים. ניתן לשלב אותו במעגלי עזר של מערכות אגירת אנרגיה, בלוחות בקרה תעשייתיים ובארונות תקשורת — להזנת בקרים, חיישנים, ציוד תקשורת ותאורת DC התואמים למתח המערכת.
החלוקה כוללת יציאות פלוס מוגנות בנתיכים לצד פס מינוס משותף לחיבור החזרי הצרכנים. המכסה הנשלף מגן פיזית על אזור הנתיכים והחיבורים, וארבע נקודות הקיבוע מאפשרות התקנה על משטח בתוך מארז מתאים.
לכל מעגל נורית LED המסייעת לזהות נתיך שנשרף. המסופים המוברגים מאפשרים חיבור מסודר של מוליכי ההזנה והצרכנים. פסי החלוקה והמסופים עשויים נחושת בציפוי ניקל, הבסיס עשוי PBT והמכסה עשוי PC.
המוצר מיועד להגנת מעגלי הסתעפות במתח DC. יש להתאים לכל ענף נתיך לפי צריכת הציוד וחתך המוליך; 30A הוא גבול למעגל ואינו זרם העבודה של כל צרכן. חיבור מקור המתח וההגנה הראשית יתוכננו בהתאם למערכת. השרטוט העברי מציג את קוטביות החיבור: פלוס בהדק ההזנה החיובי ומינוס בפס ההחזר המשותף.

Distribute a 12/24 V DC supply across 12 separately fused branch circuits. A common negative busbar keeps return connections organized, while individual LED indicators help identify a blown fuse.
The SIVIM distribution block can be integrated into auxiliary circuits in energy-storage systems, industrial control panels and communications cabinets. It provides organized branch connections for controllers, sensors, communications equipment and DC lighting that are compatible with the system voltage.
Each positive branch is protected by its own blade fuse. Load return wires connect to the common negative busbar. The removable PC cover provides physical protection for the fuse and connection area, and four mounting points allow the block to be secured to a surface inside a suitable enclosure.
An LED indicator for each circuit helps locate a blown fuse. Screw terminals provide connections for the incoming supply and branch loads. The base is made of PBT, and the busbars and terminals are made of nickel-plated copper.
This block is intended for DC branch-circuit protection. Select each fuse to suit the connected load and conductor size. The 30 A figure is the maximum rating per circuit, not the operating current of every load. Design the incoming supply connection and upstream protection to suit the complete system.
The wiring illustration shows the positive supply at the lower positive stud and the negative supply at the upper common negative busbar.
